Testing each card individually with the other completely removed from the system is the best way to test each card.

What about PSU causing graphic related issues? also?

You could use a multimeter to watch the +12v rail voltage while being loaded. If the voltage stays within atx spec your psu isn't the cause of the artifacts.

HeavyHemi New? https://forums.evga.com/E...ames-why-m2870867.aspx
Yes, new problems with perhaps now the PSU or one or both cards.
Could you explain the new problems? You're using exactly the same hardware right? And you're describing similar or the same issues as your other thread, right? So, why should we rehash the same things again and expect a different outcome? That is why creating multiple threads with the same issue(s) is frowned upon.

The power supply was not discussed within the prior thread. That's why I opened a new thread to see if anyone had the same related problems with a power supply. For all I know the other thread that was started may not ever get an answer the root of the problem being how old it is. New problems so new post doesn't that make sense?

Update I ran a Superposition Benchmark on 8k optimized preset and performed a one hour stress test on card 1 (1080 Ti FTW3) Not once did I get any game artifacting, black screen, flickering, locked screen or a reboot during the test. Here's the report card from the testing. I ran the test with having one of those EVGA Powerlinks on card one. I often wonder if those EVGA Powerlinks can go bad causing system/gaming performance issues? I am going to run the same test over again without the EVGA Powerlink device. I don't want to role out the EVGA Powerlink being the root of the problem just yet.

I've seen the powerlinks cause issues before.

What do you think of those numbers from the stress test on card one?

Temps looks fine. Not sure if the performance numbers are good or not as I never ran a 1 hour stress test in superposition on my 1080 ti.

I setup an advance RMA for a replacement on card one. After testing card one . It would still lockup with a black screen while gaming and reboot back into Windows. I would get reboots and blacks screens/lookups in SLI mode and even with SLI mode disabled using card one.
