the xmp is not working tested the ram in rog apex it worded good need support

While enabling xmp in bios it's loading at 3800 mhz but in bios its showing the ram profile 1 @3866 CL18-20-20-44 @1.35v

already tested and there is no option for 3866 only 3800 and below and above

It is because in the Asus bios you can change the BCLK Frequency: DRAM Frequency Ratio and DRAM Odd Ratio Mode which you can't with the dark. If you want 3866MHz you have to set Bclk to 101.8.

The rated speed on that kit seems odd since it is requiring you to run a boost BCLK. He could just leave the BCLK at 100 and after selecting XMP profile set the speed to 4000 and be done with it In reality those timing look awfully loose for that speed https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2890343

The issue with that is now he would have to go back and look at any CPU OC he has done. BCLK affects the entire system not just the memory Like I said above, he should set the XMP profile, set the speed at 4000 and give it a go

Timings are lose and setting 4000Mhz might not work. But go at it try 4000Mhz or go with 3800Mhz CL16 and 1.4v if the kit can manage that, 4000Mhz usually loosens up the RTL's and that makes you lose performance.
It is B-die just not top notch B-die so you could probably get a lot of performance out of them anyways if you have the patience.

You could try it but I would think the G.Skill F4-4000C17Q-32GTZR you mentioned above would be a better kit Speed is a standard speed for a 100 BCLK and has tighter timings right off the start. That TG T-Force kit required a boosted BCLK to get their advertised speed and has loose timings. I know that price and availability will play a role in your buying decisions, in the end it is up too you to decide

but t the price is double i got this kit for $468 and this kit G.Skill F4-4000C17Q-32GTZR cost around $795 look at the cost for that i can overclock the memory right since DARK can do the overclock without any trouble

I don't think there is anything special in this kit. All TG Samsung B based kits are similar and the main difference makes XMP profile and timing tables which you can't really see buying a memory kit. You can get the 8pack series kit if it makes you feel better. In real it will be about the same as your last kit. Maybe easier for you if you can make it run at XMP settings.
Whatever you decide, please report how it works.
