    Yes, you need to read the marketplace terms of service located in the general discussion section.

    If you get redirected, you do not have access to the marketplace. You must have enough posts and request access to view the marketplace:

    Please read the thread I linked. It tells you that you need 50 posts (not spam) and then you can request access. Once you get to 50 posts, you will need to go back to that thread and follow the steps to request access.
