Is it normal for fans not to spin at all unless you start gaming? I am used to having EVGA cards that spin no matter what? Are they designed this way to save energy now? I thought these fans run automatic? Does it spin while gaming which I notice? I wanted to be sure it wasn't an malfunction error.

Please help me earn some bucks to save money in the future as a team player and gamer!
