Guys avoid Monoblocks.
They advance is only 2 fittings less and look.
I bought Monoblock because I found cheaper and complete with Rampage E10 but I would be seriously disappointed to pay full price for him because cost 2.5 premium CPU Blocks.
Simply he have at least 5C worse temperatures than premium CPU Block as Heatkiller IV PRO.
One of reason I'm happy to switch on another platform is to buy nice CPU Block and save 110 euro compare to Monoblock.
I know exactly what model I want, Pure Black with Koolance Inlet filter on inlet port to keep him clean.
I completely understand X299 is series with biggest need for VRM liquid cooling but at least EVGA X299 Dark have enough good cooling and you can use only CPU Block. I advice CPU block without POM, Acetal, Acrylic. Only metal/copper.
Watercool.de have 4 such models. Heatkiller IV PRO Black Copper, Copper Nickel, Pure Copper, Copper Anthracite.
These are highest quality best performing CPU waterblocks.
Among VRM coolers on Watercool.de site maybe you can find dimension for EVGA X299 Dark.
Yes Monoblocks look nice, mine nicest of all. But If someone choose other motherboard not X299 Dark because no Monoblock...
I can't even say how that's big mistake. CPU Block with good flow and nicely build inside with simple parts is best choice.
