I realize incidences of this issue may be rare, but it is definitely caused by precision x1

Jacob, I realize you are responding to Valor, but I had the same sort of issues, and I actually did reinstall windows...many, many times. The problem reared its head again only after reinstalling PX1, and went away after uninstalling it.
I did more than just reinstall as well, I set everything in my system to stock, I even underclocked a few things. I replaced my motherboard(was a new system build so my mind was racing to figure out what was the issue). I got a brand new SSD and installed windows on that. I ran tests on everything from my RAM to my hard drives. Nothing seemed to be the issue hardware wise.

Literally only installing PX1 caused the issues, and only uninstalling it fixed them.

I also set bios to default, did multiple full format reinstalls, reset every bit of my PC. It is a repeatable issue that every time I'd install precision my computer would have system file corruption within hours after being fine for days on end without it. I'm sorry, but I tested every other variable and it's definitely precision x1

Can you both please provide me with full, current, system specs so that we can try and find some sort of commonality with your builds? Information such as Driver version, PX1 version, Windows version, etc would be helpful as well.

Please also let me know if you have tried uninstalling PX1, and then deleting the "EVGA" folder from C:/Program Files prior to a re-installation. If you have any other relevant information you think would be helpful, that would be great as well!

i9 9900k, both stock and 5.0 @1.33v tested
Maximus XI Code, bios 0602, two different boards tested, both with very few to no settings changed throughout testing.
32GB of dominator platinum, 3000mhz, ran at 2133, and with the XMP for 3000 during testing.
1080Ti FTW3, was tested at stock and at its OC.
boot drive during testing was first a 840 Evo 120gb on latest firmware, then a brand new 970 EVO on latest firmware. Both had the latest build of windows 10 1809 installed with all windows updates.
All latest drivers for the board where installed from Asus's support site.
GPU driver used before, during and after testing was 417.35.
PX1 version for the last few weeks was 0.3.11.
Rest of specs are in flair below.

As far as deleting the EVGA folder before a re installation, if wiping the drive completely, and reinstalling windows, and PX1 counts, then yes lol.

Also, I sent in a email detailing this as well.

Sure.
Motherboard: asrock taichi x370 latest bios and an old bios version.
Ram: g.skill trident z rgb ddr4 3200 cas 14, 16gb
CPU: ryzen 7 1700
GPU: rtx 2080 ti ftw3
Boot drive: Samsung 960 evo m.2
Storage drives: crucial mx300, Samsung 860 evo, western digital black hdd. All drive firmware up to date.
Psu: EVGA 1000g

Windows version 10 build 1809 with all the latest cumulatives, Nvidia driver version 417.35 and 417.58, as well as previous Nvidia drivers
All other system drivers kept up to date as well.
The issue first occurred for me in PX1 version 0.3.7 but continued on every subsequent version up to and including 0.3.11. 0.3.7 even got to the point just trying to launch it would result in the kernelbase.dll error and the program wouldn't launch, the only fix was a fresh install of windows.
Yes I've tried that as well as using revo uninstaller to find every other EVGA folder or file. The issue persists, but I expected that as it persists through full formatted Windows loads.
The only other thing I find that's noteworthy is that it seems to be an issue that grows. First crash usually takes a few hours, then it gets more consistent; even growing to the point where it's an issue just on desktop or browsing the web.

It definitely felt like the longer I had it installed the issues got worse, more frequent game crashes, and the error would happen in the background while using my PC, and I would see a bunch of the 'hardware error 141' in my reliability monitor.
Eventually before I really started testing I got a few black screen crashes. Thats what really kicked off my suspicion and got me into testing it.

Sweet thanks, I really hope they can find something because I'd really love to be able to use all the features of my card that I paid extra for without it crashing my games and making me reinstall
Windows every other day

Would you be able to provide us with some screenshots of event viewer for when this occurs? If you like, you can upload to imgur, and provide us with the link.

I took a peep through event viewer a few times towards the end, and did see a few mentions of PX1, but I wiped the drives so many times since, and never saved a screenshot of them. All I have is the Reliability History screenshot that I emailed the support team.

Hopefully Valor has something though.
