I have installed update to DG-Tuner Software version 1.0.6. When I try open it will app crash DG_Tuner_FW.exe in my event viewer! I can see it appear update firmware but it nothing happen. I have reinstall again so it same problem. Do I miss old firmware or something? it so annoying it will not work to set EVGA Logo led light on my DG-77 case. Please anyone may have any help?

Im having a problem with my DG 76 case, after creators DG tuner was able to find my case but when I use EVGA LED sync to link my GPU, CPU cooler and case it doesn't see my case anymore. I have yet to find a solution to this, i've installed reinstalled countless times. When it says loading firmware/Downloading firmware when opening DG tuner it never actually loads a green bar or anything, im not sure if thats relavent. It's not a MAJOR issue, but i'd like to have them all flash together instead if trying to time it correctly myself lol.
Also, not sure if anyone else had the issue but damn, that usb 3.0 connector in the DG 76 but it was biting into the port something fierce, so when tryin to get it out it was roughly 45 minutes of doing everything in my power to not rip off the black connector on the motherboard.
Hopefully there's some help for us somewhere on this case linking issue!

+1 I got the same problem as your! did try reinstall again and saw "loading firmware/Downloading firmware when opening DG tuner it never actually loads a green bar". Last night I try one more reinstall software but it same problem but I think We should disable Antivirus e.g Kaspersky, Norton Internet etc...before install new firmware because when I reinstall my EVGA Z10 Keyboard software because it will not show LSD on my keyboard so that my Kaspersky have block this software due firmware try access hardware so I have disable my Kaspersky and it worked mm. I have not try DG-7 software yet so will try again tonight and will post here back after result

I will try again tonight after work! If you do and please let us know and I will post here back tonight what the result! I think it must be Antivirus block this software or maybe am wrong! Let see test tonight then

No luck, i enjoy the size of the case, and my specific EVGA branded items but its unfortunate that this could be enough for me to swap to a new case. I had my case in a previously smoked room before i moved it to a secluded area so if RMA was to be an option, which I don't think that would even fix it, then it would just get returned back for the nicotine tar lmao.

Yeah me too love this small case it more space for my room  . Anyway I have try reinstall with antivirus disable so far no luck same as your so it still crash app. I have try use K-Boost on case WOW that so great because you need close many Apps programs before enable K- boost for case what a heck eh!!!Seem waste our time and I gave up with this software!!!

Hey Guess what!!!! We didn't read a manual book  ..... My case logo is working with latest version 1.0.6 so far everything is good but I don't have RGB led colour fans yet so will get some soon!! Have a look in pages 10 in your manual book > DG-77As you need plug your Case SATA power to your power supply that it! Install software when you have plug to power supply! (I thought this sata plug for DVD ) Let us know how getting on your
