Should it be plug and play or am I going to have to uninstall drivers or anything else?

Always 100% recommended to uninstall old drivers prior to installing new card. Taking that farther I'd also 100% recommend Display Driver Uninstaller
P.S. Congrats on your new card!

I would recommend uninstalling the Drivers and then run DDU in Safe Mode before you remove your Current Card.

You can Run DDU and when it starts it should ask you if you want to restart into Safe Mode.
This is how I do it for Driver updates. The other way is a real pain in the rear.

In Windows 10 left click the Windows icon in the bottom left corner then right click run and type "msconfig" without the parentheses.
Right click on the BOOT tab and in boot options right click Safe Boot and right click OK, I usually click on apply
but I don't think you have to.
The computer will ask if you want to restart, click OK.
Your computer will start in safe mode.

On Windows 10 you can also just hold shift while clicking restart and it'll take you to the troubleshooting menu, from there you can access safe mode

It should plug & play. Just be ready to nuke the drivers if something goes wrong.

You should use DDU when you install new drivers so you won't have problems with old drivers.
