I generally follow the guidelines from the Manual.
But over on your Thread Low score cpu-z benchmark using Slot 1 & 2 could be a factor.


ok sir. should i follow the manual or the benchtable guide?


Oh and I am not a Sir I did Work for a Living.

Still waiting for an answer here on the Slots An odd finding on the X299 Dark Bench Board has the Memory laid out as 2 1 3 4

It pays to keep such voltage and timing of the ram ?
 
uncore offset 1.45V to be stable Vdimm 1.45V

That uncore is a bit high for 24/7.. Try to stay under +400 if you can't afford wasting the cpu.
