Hello guys,
I bought an Evga Supernova NEX
750B Psu from a local merchant. When I plugged it, I found it was not
working. It smelt of something burning inside with smoke coming out.iits completely dead now.
I want to ask about warranty period, if its
still under warranty period or not. I am
sending the product details and serial no:

s/n 1303130751******

I am looking forward to you for your help and support.
Thanks

You'll need to contact support to see if the unit is still under warranty. https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

Products with a -KR suffix in the part number have an EVGA 3 year warranty..If you susect the PSU is faulty/DOA, I would would contact/return the unit to where you bought it from and get another one under the resellers warranty..Otherwise, submit an RMA to EVGA and have EVGA replace it under the EVGA warranty..You should be covered both ways..Getting a warranty replacement through the reseller may be the fastest/best option, especially if you bought the unit locally..Shipping costs will be involved for you to send the unit in for replacement, but return shipping should be free.

If you have any questions regarding RMA, Contact EVGA Support or the retailer for details and how to proceed forward.
