Too bad a game like that would be wasted on me, as I don't play games (anymore).
Just no time or desire for it.
I would have rather gotten a voucher for my next EVGA card, which will certainly come in the next few weeks, instead of the game.
If you don't want them I wouldn't mind having the code... Bought the most expensive card right after the promo began and got no code and when I contacted support I got the run around for 2 weeks. My son was really looking forward to bf5/anthem

My Anthem code was "already used" when I went to redeem it and I never got the game. Been back and forth with EA/Nvidia for a month now. And in that time Anthem went from VIP Beta, to Launch and now no one wants to play it.
Have you gotten this squared away yet? If not I have an Anthem code that I've got no interest in keeping that you could have.

I ordered the RTX2070 on Feb. 28th from Amazon (sold by "Amazon.com Services, Inc"). Even though the offer was still mentioned I never got the email for Anthem or Battlefield V because apparently I was in the little few days window of the offer ending and the new one starting. I contacted Amazon and they wouldn't help. Am I really out of luck? Should I try contacting EVGA or Nvidia? Has anyone gotten through to either one of them?

The Amazon listing states a code will be emailed to you after it ships. I registered my card with EVGA and the page you linked says "For purchase from EVGA only" under Code/Messages d0x360

Code comes from place of purchase when buying from amazon, not from evga. Please read the terms of service on the page you linked. Applying for the code from evga.com only works when the purchase is directly from evga, not amazon.

In an unbelievable moment of luck I was contacted by a upper level agent from EVGA and the conversation started with I should contact Amazon etc etc but then I forwarded them a absurdly long chain of emails with Amazon.
Then in an act of kindness or maybe pity lol he asked me to print a copy of my Amazon invoice to PDF and send it to him so I did.
Then... He sent me the codes. Praise the Lord! I've been contacting customer service at Amazon daily since 3 days after the promo began so roughly 3 weeks and finally thanks to an amazing EVGA rep who went above and beyond I've gotten my codes.
EVGA just won a significant amount of loyalty points from me... A significant amount. I know it's just 2 games of questionable quality but it was the principle of the whole thing..
So ty EVGA guy, ty very much.

Hopefully you get it...keep at it. I went through a month or Customer service hell with Amazon until EVGA came to my rescue. I was so relieved...it was just the principle of it all.
I went through the same thing with best buy when I bought my gtx 1080 and was supposed to get gears 4...I never did
