This morning I was just watching a movie on my computer when all of the sudden I heard this pitching sound and the screen just froze so I  rebooted in  bios that's when I noticed that my CPU voltage had gone from 1.224volts to 0.976volts still on auto. Help!!

This just happened to me right now.  I actually had to pull out a single DIMM of RAM in order to get the system to post after powering it off.  And the voltage is almost identical to yours.  The system either shows a post code of C or posts normally and shows low voltage.  I'm guessing its a board defect because it wouldn't let me use two DIMMs of 16GB sticks of RAM when I got it but my other board (exact same EVGA board) works with that RAM just fine.

Well I was running @ 5.0GHZ when I had that issue but now that its on auto its been running fine, quite frankly I don't even notice the  difference in speed so I am just gone leave it on auto...

Hmmm.  I don't have overclocking enabled, I never had it enabled.  I am using the board as a small system for an ESXi server.  Not sure what caused this change.  The system had been running without even rebooting for like the last 3 months.

Maybe the cpu is throttling and lowers automatically its vcore ?

Possible but it didn't do it when I first put the computer together...

So i think you should not worry about that i think this is the eist function and the different states c1 --> c7 which lower your vcore cpu... Try maybe a load optimized defaults settings...
