EVGA X299 DARK Overclocking Guide But for the normal overclocking members have posed a lot of info here on the Forum.
Some even post Images of their Bios Settings for their Settings and info.
Yes a general guide would be nice but would only apply if you had the Same CPU and Memory.
Also what is it you are Overclocking for is not the same for everyone.
Two Big Changes I see on the X299 is the AVX2 and AVX3 settings.
For some want AXV2/3 for what they are using their computers for and other only want a High OC and never run any AVX program.
Lots of items for sure about the X299 Motherboard and the Different CPU's you can use and Memory.
Also Silicon Lottery Plays a part as well.
Also there would be tons of conflict on this subject mater in general and the thread would just eat itself up.
Seem to just be they way the Forum has become over the years.
