I have a few things I'm not sure about so I thought I would ask here, google was not being nice lol. On the inside of the case, does any know how tall your res can be if the bottom of the d5 pump is flush with the bottom frame on the opening window door, with say a 360 45mm thick rad on the top of the case.

Which DG case? You have a lot more room in a DG-8 line then a DG-7 because it's a full sized case and a mid-tower. Both of them don't have an opening from door but the DG-8 does have a side door and would pretty much fit any water cooling option you want.

I have an AIO with push/pull at the top of my case that's taking up 75mm (25mm fan, 25mm rad, 25mm fan). From the door frame to the fan on the rad is about 350mm distance.
