For the past few weeks ive been getting "Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver has failed to perform handshake with the Firmware" errors, and my PC will freeze for 25sec to a min. ive tried updating the driver but says its updated.  I then found a post on Intel's site saying something about a "Intel(R) Management Engine Critical Firmware Update (Intel-SA-0086)". Then they have a box saying to contact you motherboard manufacturer if their not on the list, and evga was not on it.

"So I should install the earlier Intel Management Engine Driver" You can test with it, yes.

Do you not have 2 Bios on that MB?
    And you Killed Both?

    You are running 2.05?

Is ME enabled in the Bios?
Looking for the name used in the Bios now.

You could disconnect all your current Hard Drives and use Test Clean Test Drive and install Windows and update it and see if it still has this ME issue.

I updated from windows 7 to windows 10. I think I would have to buy windows with a key and do a complete reinstall and wipe everything ive had another problem as well when i turn the pc off i lose signal with the monitors but the pc stays on for a min and 12sec before completely turning off. So maybe a new install will fix that as well.

Just install Windows, when it come time to add a Windows Key click I no key an just install Windows.
Once you are on the Internet it will Activate with your digital key. You do not need to buy anything.
Create a USB Install from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Have an 8GB or Bigger USB Flash Driver ready and create the USB and do not bother with downloading the ISO and do not select update current.
This is what you will be doing.
Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 10 on a different PC
