Like those on the top, what do they help me with for the fans?
This? If so noting to do with the Fans, just other connector that need to be connected Also all the Cables to the Front of the Case are Marked Like USB (Black) USB 3 (Blue) Audio The Front (Panel Connectors) has a few Power Reset HD LED +Power and -Power The Video show this well. How many are you putting this computer together?

Oh! I am seeing two of the 2nd one (3 Pin Molex small)
We just call then Fan Connector but yes they are also Molex type connectors. For me the one on the far right is Molex You have 3-Pin Fan Connectors that will connect to the Motherboard if long enough. Looking at your Motherboard now and will post back, you can move on to the other steps in the Video.

You can use the Fan Headers that are in the Blue Rectangles What are you using for your CPU Cooler?  If the Cables are not Long enough you can buy Extenders or use another source. But with only a 1060 in that case you should not get to hot using only one of the Front Fans for now.

Hmm... so youre saying I should connect both of the 3 pin molex's to BOTH the fan slots on the motherboard? What about the PSU's from the power supply? what will I connect them to?

Then it would be a Box Intel Fan. So then this means you can also use the Pump Fan Heard at the Upper Right side of the Motherboard PUMP_FAN1 that is.

Please call it a Fan Connector, no need to add Molex. Where it says FAN 1 and FAN 2

If you are talking about the Fan Connecter (molexs) then yes the ones I marked in Blue FAN 1 and FAN 2 on the Image. From the Power Supply If you have no Device that need a 4-Pin Molex Power Connector then you would not use them.

Yes you have two more at the bottom of the MB you can use. SYS_Fan4 is in the Middle of the MB and can be used for the Rear Fan as well.
