I was just playing Black Desert Online and my computer shut off randomly. Then I couldnt get it to turn back on. Long story short after 3 hours of troubleshooting, I realized my GPU is toast, somehow. I noticed a SCORCH mark on top of it as well. I will post a couple bad pictures, the mesh on the backplate was melted as well, just by my finger. I have no idea what part of the card that is, but it is GONE. I registered the card on this website. But this card was a gift, beginning of this month, and the buyer does not have a receipt or invoice etc. What the heck do I do? I never tampered with it, didnt overclock it, nothing. Just out of nowhere, boom. Is there a way I can use the warranty on it? I am freaking out right now, because I am an online student...

https://www.evga.com/support/ would be a good place to start.

Can also read here https://www.evga.com/warranty/graphics-cards/.

Going to award a ribbon since anyone can contact support and it's a great way to start. It's also great that you linked the warranty information for the graphics cards to make sure it was clear what is and is not covered. In this case I am glad to hear it was covered and that a tech saw this post.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.
