Just received my replacement card and it seems like it’s a refurbished card and not new. I was under the impression if the card was bad in 30 days then it would be replaced with a new card. Is that incorrect?

Not a huge deal as long as it actually works but still kinda bummed since I bought it brand new and ended up with a “not so new” card.

Also which box do I ship the old card back in the original box or the plain black box?

Thanks

"If an RMA is necessary within 30 days of the original purchase date of a new in box Product, a new in box OEM replacement will be sent to the Original Purchaser in return, subject to availability."

Thanks Sajin I read that but missed the “subject to availability part”. Like I said not a huge deal I just want a working card. Was mostly curious about the box. Thanks again.

Just remember that the Serial Number on the Retail Box is NOT the one on your Card Received through your RMA.
