Warranty and age on 2nd hand GPU

Hello. I recently purchased a 2nd hand GPU (1080ti) from a customer.
What are the warranty terms on 2nd hand goods (i believe it to be none but wanted to double check) and also is there anywhere to check the age of an item using serial numbers.

    Read the warranty terms.

    They are publicly available at the link above.

    Second hand warranty starts when the GPU was shipped from EVGA. Register your product per the warranty terms, and you can see how much warranty is left.

    You can give us a call to 1-888-881-3842 with your serial number and we can check the warranty length of the video card or you may email support@evga.com instead.

    Does the original owner have to unregistered the card first for the second owner to register it?
