    Start the step-up process. If your card has been registered the web site will let you know if you qualify to step-up and which card you can step-up to.

    The 2070 FTW3 is not a product listed as a product that you would be able to Step-Up to. You would only be able to Step-Up to;
    • EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC BLACK EDITION GAMING, 08G-P4-2082-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LED (08G-P4-2082-KR) (PDF)
    • EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC BLACK EDITION GAMING, 11G-P4-2282-KR, 11GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans & RGB LED (11G-P4-2282-KR) (PDF)

    One last question. You want us to upload a Invoice for proof of purchase. I was given that card as a gift and a receipt of purchase from a brick and mortar store. Can I upload the receipt in place of an invoice?

    Unfortunately a Step-Up is only available to the original purchaser, a gift is considered second hand.

    Everything is security.

    I would *think* that if the card was purchased as a gift to you, and the buyer/gift giver gave you the receipt immediately at purchase, then you could use the card for a step up.

    If the buyer/gift giver bought the card and registered it, then it would not be available for registration and you would need to have them also do the step up.

    EVGA does not automatically register products to accounts purchased from evga because people sometimes do purchase products as a gift intended for another person.
