I was able to sync my CLC280 and DG77 LED's with Flow Control when I had my 1080TI installed. I recently installed a 2080TI FTW3 and I seem to have lost the ability to sync my DG77, my RTX 2080TI won't sync even though its recognized, and a new feature "MB E397" is selectable. Not sure what the MB does because I don't notice a difference.

My question is, how does Flow Control recognize the LED's? Did I miss-plug a header and what is this new MB E397?

So I managed to mess with my 2080ti FTW3 LED but I had to install Precision X1. Something still isn't right though. I also managed to mess with my DG 77 LED's but I had to install DG Tuner. Even though I can mess with their LED's, I can't sync them up right like I did when I had my 1080 installed. My DG 77 still doesn't show up under Chassis in EVGA LED SYNC either. I'll try installing Flow Control and see what that does.

Side note, I updated to version 1809 after installing the RTX 2080ti FTW3.

I advise you to roll back to WinVer 1803 for the time being and see how stuff works..There has been a lot of problems reported with WinVer 1809 that have been fixed by rolling back (you can search that)..Might not be a bad idea to uninstall the EVGA software first before/if you roll back and install again afterwards.

I assume MB E397 would be an EVGA E397 Motherboard which is an EVGA Z390 FTW..That's all I can tell you about that.

I won't have RTX if I roll back. Upon review of my setup, a question arose, do I need to connect my CLC to the RGB controller at the top of my chassis via the mini USB to USB header?

I think Ray Tracing support was added in 1809..I would live without that for now if 1803 makes everything work more better..Can always update again.
