Evening, I used to run f@h for Evga back in the day. 2x280's and a dedicated f@h rig with 2x295's. I am more into server's/home lab now. What would a decent server produce now adays. I remember server's were just ok to run f@h on and you had to have a ton of them.

    These days GPUs are king when it comes to folding.
    I see two GTX 1070 in your sig. I have one folding it does 662,000 PPD
    Your two should do well over one million a day.
     
    You have to get a passkey if you do not already have one. Get it from PG
    Many people no longer do any CPU folding, low PPD for the electric used.
    Some of use use the CPU to crunch BOINC looking for cures for Aids, Ebols, Zeka, cancer and others

     Life is too short to carry a cheap pocket knife

    Okay thanks, I just pulled the 1070's out and replaced with a 2080xc2 ultra. Not sure if I want to fold on that right now.

    My 1080Tis pull in 2 million a day easy with no gaming.  Folding a few days a month for some upgrade dough is a good tradeoff.  Especially with EVGA shipping and Weekly deals on refurbs and such.
