I can't for the life of me get this to work, I have always preferred afterburner and rivatuner but it seems they can't control all three fans on the 1080ti FTW3.

At one point it worked (the OSD) for a second and I toggled and it wouldn't come back. I'm pulling out my hair here really frustrating.

I have deleted the app and the install folder, rebooted, also did the same with afterburner, can't get it to work. I am using DX11, any thoughts?

I ruled out origin as I loaded Crysis 3 and it worked great, tried BF1, no go.

I do not think its going to give you FPS but, why not use TechPowerUp GPU-Z

Just use afterburner. You don't need to control all three fans as the power & memory sections will automatically spin up when they get hot enough.

The card gets too hot before the other fans spin. I was wondering why the card was getting so hot, it's because the fans hardly spin. Without AB it was getting in the 80's with the fan set to 80%. With precision its in the low 70's. Crappy that AB can't just control them all as one.

Well then you could always just set all your fans to like 80% using xoc then exit xoc and load up afterburner.

Seems liek it was causing issues having them both installed going back and forth, but I realized you can use rivatuner with hwinfo instead of afterburner.

I could only see issues arising if you were running both at the same time.

The card's fans go back to working automatically when precision is closed. So this wouldn't help.

You need to set the fans to a static speed before closing precision.

Ok thanks. I'd rather not have two apps installed to adjust the GPU.

EVGA Precision XOC: DirectX 12 OSD Support – See the on screen display on DirectX 12 games.

Try the 32-bit game launcher (bf5_x86.exe) if that's in the game's folder and see if OSD works..I think I had to do that with BF4 when I had it installed a while ago, can't really remember.

    OR

Uninstall PXOC with Revo Uninstaller (Free)..Use Revo's Advanced Mode after uninstall completes to search for and delete leftover registry entries, files and folders..Then restart your PC..Then install PXOC again and set up OSD.

WARNING!: Delete only the registry entries shown in bold text.
