The OSD Does Not Display for me with Precision X1

It displayed once because I remember seeing it, but then after a while it stopped.  I may have done something, but if I did, I'm not sure what.
 
I make sure to click the OSD button in the app, and I made sure it was selected in the options to show stuff, but I never see it anymore.
 
Anyone have an idea why?  I'm trying to display the OSD in Battlefield V and in Hearthstone.  I've tried running them full screen and in a window - no luck.  I have a 2080 Ti XC Ultra and I'm using version 0.3.9.

    #1 Uninstall px1.
    #2 Delete the evga folder in c:\program files (x86)
    #3 Restart pc.
    #4 Reinstall px1.
     
    Hopefully that will fix it.

    Is HWM on, Small Purple Light should be on along with the OSD Small Purple Light.

    Yes, both lights are on.
     
    I did the uninstall process as suggested and I also uninstalled the LED Sync program which did not uninstall when I uninstalled the X1 program.  I did the reinstall and will test it later tonight when I'm not remote to the system.  Thanks for the suggestions.  I'll provide an update here after the test.

    Thanks folks.  The uninstall/reinstall fixed my issue.  Last time, I made a bunch of changes in the program settings screens and stuff, but this time I left almost everything at default settings to get the biggest chance of it working.  Looks like it did.  :-)
     
    Now I wonder what I did before to stop it from working...

    Just want to add that this problem never went away, but I realized how to fix it without having to do an uninstall/reinstall.  Usually, after playing BF V, when I start up the game again I have no OSD.  To get it back, I need to run another game (in my case Hearthstone) and it works in that game.  Then, when I run BF V again it works again.  Pretty weird.
