Are you supposed to run this 24/7 or turn this on before gaming?
I have a CM Stryker case so its hard to get my fans to spin.
I get better FPS with this enabled.

    Your choice, whichever you are more comfortable with.
    I will normally load my profile with custom fan curve in automatic fan control prior to my first game of the day, oftentimes I will just leave it running for the remainder of the day.
