Question about 2070 RTX Step Up

Hi there,
 
This post concerns Europe (I'm from Germany).
 
I've registered for a Step Up from my EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti SC GAMING (08G-P4-5671-KR) to the EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 XC BLACK EDITION GAMING (08G-P4-2071-KR), however the card's listing that could be reached through the link in my product details page is not available anymore, it now defaults to this: eu.evga.com / Products / feature.aspx  . Does this mean that I won't be able to Step Up to that particular card? If yes, what would the replacement for that Step Up be? Do I need to cancel the process and retart it so I can select another RTX 2070?
 
I would be very grateful for an answer since this is my first time in the Step Up program and I feel a bit lost - there is no information about this to be found anywhere.

    Hello Anthuzad! The product you selected for Step-Up would be kept the same. There are various reasons why a product page may be taken down temporarily. But that same part number (08G-P4-2071-KR) is what I see on your Step-Up and that request is still active/in queue.
