Do you want RGB fans?If no, then Noctua has amazing fans (the
NF-F12 industrialPPC-2000 PWM or
NF-F12 industrialPPC-3000 PWM ). If yes, then Corsair LL Series Fans are considered 'The best', and have the price to match. NZXT and Thermaltake also have fans in high regard. For adjustability, you'll want PWM fans (the plugs have 4 holes).
Does your board have PWM fan headers? If no, you'll want a Fan Hub. If yes, then you still might want a fan hub...or not. Please look into what fan hubs do and consider what you're trying to do aesthetically.
Have you watched videos about cutting and bending hard tube? The cost of hard tubing isn't high, but the tools needed add a small increase of cost.
Thermal Paste:Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is well regarded for GPU TIM. Really, any good
NON-ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE thermal paste is suitable for the task.
Coolant:Distilled water & PT Nuke is a solid option. EK coolant is great. Any reputable OC and water cooling store will have coolants with features you may or may not need. There are aesthetic considerations. And be careful to not allow aluminum parts in a loop that has copper parts already in it.
You'll need to figure out what to do about the 8pin connector. If you have a free modular socket on the PSU, check with the manufacturer for the right cable, or buy one from a store. If you're sure one cable supplies enough power for both sockets, buy a splitter.
