Hello

I'm testing an EVGA 2080ti Ultra, this card also has CW, but I think it's a bit like this for everyone

Otherwise is it normal to have such a low TDP, close to 0, in idle ?
With a 2080, it was ~ 7%

Thanks

My 2080 ti idles in the 7% range, or around 22 to 23w.

Don't think so. Are your gpu fans on at idle? Both of mine are spinning at about 1200 rpm at idle.

No fans, I use Hydro Copper ;)
It's not disturbing in idle, but at the price of the card, as much to have everything that works

That is most likely where the difference is coming from. I can't completely turn off both my fans to give you a comparison without reflashing the original vbios.

Ok, but the TDP is according to the fans ?
With the EVGA RTX 2080 XC, it was about 7% (but an ekwb waterblock)

The fans are added into the tdp shown inside gpu-z, so just having them connected to the pcb on the graphics card will cause the tdp % to increase because of the draw they have.

    Ok thanks

With HWInfo, Aida64, etc ... I have the same TDP
Maybe the 2080ti is run different from the 2080 (or the Hydro Copper with the RGB plug on the card changes the operation)
