I have a gamer I built with a Asrock z370extreme 4 motherboard, EVGA 1070ti geforce black, 32 gb memory, Intel I7 8th gen 8700, custom sound blaster sound card. and a lg lcd 32 inch monitor( not a tv), Corsair H1ooi V2 cooler for GPU., a 512 bg ssd main drive with WD 1 TB hard-drive storage and a Raidmax viper case, Windows 10 64bit home premium. I have noticed that my GPU temp is very high and also the core speed and sensors are jumping all around. I play secondlife and when in second life it seems since I rebuilt my computer I have vision issues that all textures and items get blurry, or like 3d objects bounce around I have crashed (game logged out..) several times. Can I get some help in setting this system up I have no idea what and how this graphics card should be set and the normal's.. I noticed in my device manager it says that The Corsair water cooler needs a driver?, is that normal? I have the EVGA Precision XOC, and also the GPU-Z.2.15.0 to monitor things,, please can anyone help, and I also used new thermal paste on the setup.

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Could you be a bit more precise in what you mean by 'high temps'?  What are the temps? It is normal for the GPU to run around 70-80C under load.  Your Corsair AIO for the CPU needs to have iCue https://www.corsair.com/us/en/icue  installed for the driver and to control it.

As stated above, install either the Corsair iCUE or Corsair LINK software, whichever you prefer, that includes the needed driver..Get them in the Downloads section of the H100i v2 product page..If you want to try out each of them, uninstall one before installing the other.

I don't recommend using Link. It hasn't been updated for months and is broken for Windows 10.

Been working fine here with Win7 and 10..Tried iCUE and went back to LINK..Like the interface better.

That's fine. However, the program is dead and will not  be getting further updates. I don't personally use either program except to make static settings I save to the device(s), then shut the programs down. And I too prefer the look and operation of Link...but alas, Corsair has other plans.
