GTX 1080 Coil Whine Issue Should I RMA?

I just recently bought this graphics card from this guy on Facebook marketplace, and the card has been working fine for a couple days, but recently it started having a bunch of coil whine. The card has not been dismantled or anything, and looks to have had a 3 year warranty. I'm not sure if it's still RMAable or if it's even worth me RMAing it due to the seller not stating when he purchased the card from the retailer. I am the second owner and not sure whether I should try to RMA it, or just keep/resell it. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!

    RMA'ing the card may/may not fix the whine. It's up to you at this point.
