I hadn't really noticed it on my system that got the update before Microsoft removed the download. I noticed the LED Sync will open without issue but it doesn't see the devices to sync so while you can move over to breath or rainbow it had no impact on the RGB lighting.

yea I spoke to them also and they say there working on it, a bit surprised its taking so long guess there working on the 20 series stuff and have forgotten us :p I am not going to roll back my windows just to use it.

I don't think that evga has released any update to the tuner software, nothing in the downloads.
They may be waiting to see what Microsoft does with windows since they have stopped releasing downloads of 1809 to this date.
Microsoft did have a substantial update for 1803 yesterday...

Really is anyone looking at this I thought evga was better than this and I have been patient but after over a week and they don't even say anything and I notice a lot of threads they have said nothing about there broken software. Come on evga get it together.

They are tied up working on PX1, but we do need the other EVGA Software updated as well.

yea that's the story I got a week ago from support I just am surprised they have said nothing I have even sent in a ticket to ask what`s going on to get no reply and I wonder working on the px1 software that isn't even for anything but the new cards from my understanding, does the bad software not allow they cards to work because I have a 500 dollar case that don`t  do what`s its suppose to but I guess that's ok no big deal !

Just performed Windows update and nothing has change for me, still a no go for DGTuner.

I have been looking forward to a release myself. My girlfriend has a DG-77 and RGB fans but until an update it’s stuck just white fans.

I'm just wondering if EVGA is working on a fix or waiting for Microsoft to fix their issue(s).
I might just change my case.

Same problem here can't find usb hid device (windows 10 build 1809). Please fix this asap.

Nice to see a DG86 case on evga website is selling for $129 ($269 originally) + shipping ($38)…
Gives us a lot of confidence of a software fix soon if the company is blowing out the case's on their own website!
On another note, are the hard drive racks on the DG86 and higher available separately for those of us that may have purchased a DG85 or lower? 
Would be nice to buy a set before the cases aren't available anymore...

I completely changed all control options on AquaSuit from Aqua Computer.

We've updated DG-Tuner to 1.0.5.1 BETA to address this issue: https://www.evga.com/dgtuner/.  Please note that this software version is only compatible with DG-7 cases; DG-8 is not supported.

Installed and working here on 1809 on my DG 77.
 
Only issue I see so far is that the Chassis doesn't show up in EVGA LED Sync but I can set the Chassis Coloring and then set the GPU, MOBO, and CLC in EVGA LED Sync.
 
Appreciate you guys tossing us a BETA.  My OCD couldn't take white or non matching colors much longer lol.

Please fix DG-Tuner 1.0.3 for DG-8 cases same problem. Cant find usb hid device (windows 10 build 1809 with last update).
