X299 DARK fully supports new CPUs and will continue to be the flagship OC board.

No reason for new board near X299.
They show PCB of some motherboard with LGA3647 for ultra enthusiasts.
People will probably have opportunity to overclock Intel Xeon Platinum on that motherboard.
Board should have horizontal DIMM slots and huge socket as AMD Threadripper.

Yea, the board does what it needs to do. Anyone have an idea to getting vengeance pro rgb to 3600 on this board or even 4000?

Perhaps you are running into an issue with the memory controller on your CPU?
Not saying there is something funky with the bios in regards that particular memory but folks seem to forget about the memory controllers role on the CPU

Very true. I am running chip at 4800mhz as a daily driver. With all 4 banks or 3200 vengeance pro rgb.
Seems to do the job fine here, with great speed, and stability. Just wanted to see if I can sqeeze some
    more speed out the modules.

Put the CPU back to stock then work on the memory OC - see what you end up with. I would think 3600 yes, 4000 ehhhh

You'll most likely need to boost your voltages a bit.

I was thinking that too with a 3.65 on the ram. Didn't see a post. maybe each stic k has its own page of settings so I will look at that again.

I know I'm late on this post as I'm a NoBody @ HWBot.org but I can hope I will get an answer:)
You guys list this board as Multi-OS Capable but only give us Windows 10 Drivers. Could you Please release Windows 7 Drivers for this board also. If that is a NO.....Please link a z370 or z390 that has the basic files needed for that OS.

X299 dark is an king pin design and it can support all the CPU without issue so no need for new version

    Thank You :(
    Thank YOU :(
If you want to bench -> even a little competitive <- you will run Windows XP or Windows 7... Windows 8/8.1/10 are not allowed for ANY 2D Benches.... I have Windows 7 installed but no USB 3 for access to my USB Thumb Drive. I stop at A**S and DL their WIN 7 x64 x299 USB 3 DRIVER. I just installed it and now I have my USB Drives that have all my Benching Info/Software accessible. Why should I have to go to another Makers site to get the software I need??

This board is good everything but it sucks because of lack of raid limitation - only for Intel drive ?!!! :(

I think if we did see a motherboard it would probably be to add an ATX option since the DG-7 cases don't support the E-ATX size. It would be to add support for that rather then to replace the current lineup.

ASUS launch Rampage VI Extreme Omega.
I must share my feelings... If I pay 600$ for motherboards I don't like to vendor abandon here just like that and start advertising of new board with smaller differences instead to work to constant improve stability with new updates and hardware for previous model.
I'm happier if I pay high end motherboard to stay top until new socket.

From that side owners of EVGA X299 Dark maybe feel better than owners of Rampage VI Extreme.
And ASUS didn't done nothing at least to drop price of Rampage VI Extreme on some 400$. No, she cost similar as Omega.
Same is with Zenith Extreme and new Alpha.
How many times until people collect money for new upgrade and buy last few months old high end motherboard, build computer, OC, test stability and start fun and vendors show up with newer model.
Than newer model start to get BIOS updates more often, everything is about him, all attention is about that boards and customers of previous very similar stay behind.
