Signed up and well already folding lol. I need to dig through my harware stash and see what I've got that could be a prize. Not sure if I have anything or not since Ive not bought anything new in quite some time. But I'm sure I've got something that could benefit someone. I had a brief scare when dusting off the stats system this AM to ensure all the various pieces still work (Giving myself a couple of weeks to troubleshoot instead of my usual 'wait until the last minute and PANIC!') when the site I've been using had been deactivated due to inactivity. Turns out, I'd missed a couple of 'Hey, you REALLY want to log in NOW!' e-mails during the move, but I was able to get things sorted out. I've also set things up on my end to use a locally hosted web server as a backup in case the external site fails.
What this means to me in the future is I need to set up at least another cheap/free BUT RELIABLE host in the future to drop files off onto for at least triple redundancy.
Either way, my trial with the stats earlier worked in spite of that hiccup, so everything on my end is ready to go.
The only difference now is our stats are shifted by 30 minutes later, so updates will happen at 10 minutes until each hour instead of 20 minutes past. I'll work on tightening things up on my end so updates get pushed up to the tracking sheets within a minute or two of the actual update instead of the potential 5 minute window I've worked with in the past.

What we do is take the points level reported by Standford at the 12:00 AM 11/27/18 update and use that as the starting point of the contest. Any points reported in the 1:00AM update and later are part of the contest stats. So I guess the answer is yes, anytime after 00:00:01 on 11/27/18. I will update the contest page to reflect this more precise definition when I get a chance.

Heh, well, no hardware needed for the backup that I'm talking about - I need another web host that I can get setup just to keep in my back pocket, basically. But it has been literal YEARS (I've had this freebie acct for . . . about a decade maybe?) since I've looked at pricing and what not so I'm probably due for some killer sticker shock.
Either way, I'm good for now and know how to change things to fall back to working off my local pc if I absolutely need to (Tested that as well yesterday. Successfully, even!).
But I want to thank those of you who immediately offered hardware. That is BEYOND awesome!
Now, it's time to finish coffee and get ready for work.
