Hey,
I just built a PC. The problem is that my samsung evo 850 500GB M.2 is not detected on my EVGA Z370 Micro ATX. In the bios I see no option for an M.2. Can you help me?

Ah....sorry..it just confused me...Have you verified that the M.2 Drive is 'alive' and works on another system?

If so, have you cleared BIOS on your mATX board?

I'm wondering if your 850 M.2 SATA drive is compatible in the M.2 slot on your borad or if it's just for NVME drives??  Still looking through the manual for clarification...  Check out page 16 in your Manual > https://www.evga.com/support/manuals/files/121-KS-E375.pdf

The M.2 SATA SSD Drive Will Not Work on this Motherboard.
Only the NVMe PCIe M.2 like the Samsung 970 EVO 500GB - NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD (MZ-V7E500BW) will work.
I am using this one as my OS Boot Drive Samsung 960 EVO Series - 250GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V6E250BW)
