    It will be acceptably fast I think, Chrome OS does well with low end CPUs, the 4 GB of memory is more important there. But the screen on that one is pretty small, 1366x768. Does have HDMI out so you may want to find a cheap monitor too for use when at home. That's a good price for the specs.
