Do you have any support from eBay?

You're still getting the 4-beeps when you start up? Usually that's because something isnt initializing properly.

Basic trouble shooting as follows:
  • Clear CMOS
  • Remove all devices (PCI, SATA, GPU) except keyboard.
  • Only use iGPU and single display output.
  • Remove all RAM except 1 stick.
  • Try to boot.
    • If successful (no beeps), something you removed was the culprit. Try adding a single storage device and try to boot into windows. Add one device at a time.
    • If unsuccessful, try moving the 1 stick of RAM to another slot. If that doesnt work try a different stick or ram and repeat the process. Trying to eliminate the RAM or DIMMs here.
  • If still getting beeps, CPU might not be installed correctly or you might have a bent pin. Socket pins can cause erratic behavior but if you straighten them back out carefully, it should still work.
    • remove CPU and look for physical damage on the CPU and pads/pins.
    • You will need thermal paste to put the CPU cooler back on, maybe buy some before you try this.

Other random stuff to check:
  • Check the connection of the 24 pin connector. Both PSU and motherboard
  • Check the connection of the EPS 12V connector for CPU power.
    • Make sure its not plugged into PCIE port on the PSU beacuse the pin-out is different.
    • Make sure you're also using the correct cable for CPU power, because again the pin-out is different.
  • Try a different power supply, if you have one, you can jump start it by jumping the power switch to any ground (google this to make sure you do it right)

I tried all of the first steps with the ram and move to from slot to slot and change sticks that didn’t work. Still getting the same beeps as before. Also everything seems to still be plugged in correctly.

Have you looked at the pins in the CPU socket? and you said you're getting A2 post code? are your harddrives initializing and showing in the BIOS?

A2 is normal and has nothing to do with having Bent CPU Socket Pins.
A2 then the Bios will look for a Bootable Hard Drive.
If it sits here then the Hard Drive may have Died and the OS is tying to boot but cannot.
Need to check the Bios Settings and look at the SATA Settings Screen and make sure AHCI is selected and not IDE.
Raid is another story.
@ Shapoint
I recommend taking your computer to local computer store or even Best Buy for them to check your computer out.

I’m about to do that now. I appreciate all the help! Hopefully nothings broken and it’s simply my lack of understanding.
