Please HELP FTW3 1080ti

Hi everyone.  
 
I bought a Evga 1080 TI FTW3 gaming back in july from Newegg.  When I start gaming only 1 Fan will turn on.  The Temp LEDs will turn red.  The only way I can get the other fans to turn on is if I run XOC.  From what I read other people have had problems with this and it may be a bios or Firmware issues.  I have read the fans are suppose to turn on when temps over 60 are reached.  The other fans will not turn on even when the temps reach over 80.  I will open XOC after 10 minutes of gaming when the LEDs are red.  It will read over 80 degree and then all the fans will kick on, Only when XOC is opened.  I don't want to have to run XOC..
 
Can somebody please inform me how to fix this ?

    Hello birdman,
     
    Have you been able to test the stock bios on that card to see if fan movement returns to normal?  You should find a little dongle that would read Stock/OC or Slave/Master near the 8 pin PCIE port that can be switched.  Let us know if that works and we may need to reflash the other bios if need be.
