If I order off of EVGA store, can I do a hold for pickup at UPS (or Fedex don't know who they use) office? I do not trust things being sent to me house.

Simply put, you would be unable to have your package held at a UPS location. If purchased with PayPal, this is even more so true due to the Buyer / Seller protection PayPal has. It requires the product to be shipped to the location listed with PayPal.
