Anyone know anything about BIOS/UEFI modification?

Basically I want to change how the UEFI on my z370 ftw looks. Specifically I want to change the splash screen during the POST and the Menu Background. If it's possible to change the highlight color, that'd be cool too.
 
Anybody able to help me with that?
