Well my EXC-800 Portable 800W Recirculating Liquid Chiller came in DOA so I had to pay another $126 to send in back to be repaired.
$1,733.68 + $126 = $1859.68
I cannot add the Cost of the Frustration over this.
Or the time lost in between shipping and having to wait another 24 Hours to be able to even test the new unit that they send me. 
I am not giving  a bad name but they have a need to provide better support to their customers.
They changed me only $33 for FedEx Shipping and FedEx wanted to change me $229 and UPS only $126 to return it back to them.
They at least could have offered Shipping at their cost to return their DOA Products.
 
But then it give me more time to get the KP Hydro Copper Water Bock.

you buy direct from Koolance or through a reseller ?
 
Koolance should have been able to offer you their Corp shipping rate & sent you a shipping label by email (even if you had to pay for it)
