Hello,

I am about to install a new EVGA CLC 280 and I am wondering if the stock thermal paste it has applied from the factory is better or worse than Arctic Silver 5.  I have a brand new tube of Arctic Silver and I am debating on removing the stock thermal paste and applying the Arctic Silver instead.  Any thoughts on which would be best, if at all?

Thanks!

I'd just leave the stock paste. No need to waste thermal paste.

Artic Silver 5 has a cure time of 50 hours or something silly. Don’t waste your time or thermal paste.
