I though my GPU dying and hurry to buy new.
Before few days my computer crash when I exit from some game and cursor couldn't move.
I boot in safe mode and everything was fine few minutes and I decide to reinstall Windows.
Problems backed when I installed MSI Afterburner and decide to increase power limit on 110%.
No matter on software for GPU I start cursor freeze after I change anything and move very very hard, you need to wait few seconds to move cursor little.
Without MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision card pass all tests and boost on full speed. 
 
I resit GPU in other slot and reinstall driver with 331.82 version and everything work fine. Power Limit is increased, GPU pass tests, no crashes and I start to think that problem next could be mobo slot and crash if you pull more power... but in mind is constantly driver. I google no one report nothing.
Now I need to revert GPU in main slot. If they screw something with software I have no words, they scare me like crazy...
Whole the time I don't say nothing convinced that PCI-E slot or GPU not work and hurry to replace with new one, negotiate for 1080Ti Poseidon.
 
This become chronic, MS, NVIDIA and Intel make fools from people who pay thousands dollars.
Last year, around 12-18 months, are worse period for developers and software from day one when everything start with first Windows OS.
 
 
Yesterday I locate that last and maybe driver before that make problems unseen ever for GK110.
But I was not sure, and I woke up before 1h now drink coffee, everything work in slot x8 with one of first driver, driver update blocked with software Hide/Show Windows Updates and I sit and prey that driver is problem not PCI-E slot or GPU and prepare during day to uninstall driver, reinstall GPU in second slot and install first driver from disk and hope that everything work. After that I prepared to describe problem here.

I'm not sure how to check last driver for GTX780Ti before GTX980 show up.
Is it maybe 341.44 last driver with GK110 without Maxwell support.
That's driver from 29 July 2014, in September 18th GTX980 is launched.
We should install old driver, and new PhysX software separate. 
 
NVIDIA lost self, want to improve performance, but want to keep limitation on voltage increase, than optimization to every series...
Every boost on different way. That's not easy to write driver for them, every month driver is bigger and bigger.
Before was 250 MB, now is almost double size.

solution is to reinstall driver on older version if your problems start with this new driver.

Thanks for helping out. Can you please specify the drivers that I need to reinstall. I am really new to all this. 

Eventually, I navigated the WHQL Driver from s but it is not showing my card in the supported products.

Guys I use NVIDIA 353.30 Driver, I think first driver for Windows 10 on GK110 and work normal.
Don't install these new NVIDIA craps on old cards. 
 
3 days more on my lovely GTX780Ti K|NGP|N.
After that ASUS GTX1080Ti Poseidon.
If someone want to change GTX1080Ti K|NGP|N Hydro Copper for Poseidon I will be here.
I couldn't miss to upgrade from 780Ti to 1080Ti with waterblock and 2 years warranty for 410 euro.
No matter on card model and anything it's warranty and waterblock installed and much better performance.
 
Or I could wait 18 months to RTX2080Ti price drop to same level.
And I would do that for performance between Kepler and Maxwell and Maxwell and Pascal.
But waiting 15-18 months for 25-26 or 29% performance difference is insane.
