Hello acoote26! I'm not quite sure if there is some miscommunication but I do see that our EU team did reply to your e-mail this morning. In that e-mail we did provide you with a ticket number and instructions for submitting your RMA request. I will send you an e-mail to follow up with you directly so I can help clarify any questions.
