Is the light on the reset button supposed to stay lit?  Mine is flickering.

    I think you'll find the flashing is disk activity, Mine syncs with my disk activity case light.

    What "blaise" said is correct. I have the same motherboard and I can confirm that it is a hard drive activity light when the system is running.
