Has anyone had a problem with accessing BIOS? I have an ASUS Motherboard and have google'd and searched on YouTube and nothing I try works... I can see the "PRess DEL to enter BIOS" that doesn't work, I've tried all the other F keys, insert, etc. nothing. I have LEGACY BIOS active for some reason. Anyone know another way to access it?

Did you rapidly press the Delete key? Sometimes it boots too fast and the delay is set to zero in the BIOS.
Within Windows 8 and higher, you can also hold the Shift key while you press the Restart button in the Start Menu to bring up the troubleshooting menu. Click Advanced twice, then look for UEFI Firmware/BIOS or something of the like. Select that. Upon restart, it'll enter the BIOS/UEFI.

With some motherboard's boot speed optimizations, some optimization options make the keyboard not even fully initialized until after its too late. Go with the recommendation of using Windows recovery's advanced startup into UEFI option. That should take care of it. Once you are in the BIOS, consult your motherboard manual regarding disabling the offending boot speed optimization, if you want. https://www.google.com/se..?q=windows+boot+to+uefi

Tried tapping from the moment I restarted or turned on PC, until it landed back into windows, tried holding DEL, tried doing that with other keys too, just in case (F2, F10, INS, DEL) I also tried the 2nd method you mentioned, "UEFI Firmware" doesn't show up on mine. So I can't do it that way, I even found a video showing how to do it if that option isn't there, didn't work either =/

Yes, pull the CMOS battery, wait and reinsert. It should have a message on POST to go into the BIOS or continue.
Because it didn't say UEFI in the area I first mentioned, it leads me to believe you don't have UEFI (and are stuck with BIOS). The motherboard only comes with one. OP, maybe you meant something else about "Legacy BIOS."
Within UEFI/BIOS, you can set up your devices as either UEFI or CSM. Maybe that's what you mean.

Press and Hold the CLR CMOS Button as you Power on your Computer for 10 Seconds it will Clear the Bios and Force you to enter into the Bios. CLR CMOS Button is on the Rear I/O Panel The LED that is a Green Round Arrow.

None of that worked, But thanks guys! I know it's been a while, But I finally was able to fix my problem. CLR CMOS button didn't work, Removing the battery didn't work (Well they both did, they reset the CMOS, but I was still unable to access it). I had to plug in a cheap keyboard, Because I guess $160 keyboards are too good for accessing BIOS lmao. Corsair keyboards don't work until windows boots up, So the cheap little keyboard cyberpower PC gave us whe nwe bought my nephews PC allowed me to do so.

Nope. I looked it up and I guess the rapidfire has it, But this one doesn't. I have the K70 MK.2 RGB

Ah, the old keyboard polling issue. It can be so easy to overlook or not even be aware of. Glad to hear you figured out the problem.
