first post here, and first  RMA with EVGA, well so far so good I guess,  RMA for GTX 1080Ti sent in and Delivered at 11:30 am on September 26 signed for by P CHO. thanks P CHO ,  checking my open RMA status showed RMA Received:Pending, checking back later that evening i now see,  RMA Received: Received On: 9/26/2018, which I thought was fast, now  for the Shipping Out Option,  i went with UPS Next Day Air Saver, because I couldn't find a same day option ;  )  fingers crossed that everything else is going to go as smoothly as the first part of this RMA has gone..  wish me luck,

    Welcome to the forums! I was able to look into your RMA for you. It looks like it was marked received and checked in. It should take anywhere from 1-3 business days to process prior to being shipped out. We do not have the option for same day shipping, however, you've chosen next day air which should arrive the following business day after it ships. EVGA's warehouse in California closes at 6pm, you should see an update once something ships out via email with a tracking number after that 6PM Pacific Standard Time! Hope this resolves your issues or any concerns you may be having at this time.

    ok so here's a update on my first RMA experience with EVGA ,  like i said before  RMA for GTX 1080Ti sent in and Delivered at  on September 26 at 11:30 am signed for by P CHO / status showed RMA Received:Pending, checking back later that same evening i now see,  RMA Received: Received On: 9/26/2018, thats  FAST work guys thank you very much ,now it gets better,  one day later it now shows  Shipped From EVGA Shipped On: 9/27/2018 with my tracking number,,, ok EVGA You're just showing off now and I LIKE IT !!!!!  I LOVE THESE GUYS !!!!!!!!!  ;  )_  THANKS AGAIN,,,, o ya i went with Shipping Out Option : UPS Next Day Air Saver,  so ill get my card back tomorrow,,,, RMA VIRGIN no more
