Hi, im someone new to this forum and I kinda need help with my GTX 1060.

When I first got the card it had artifacting everywhere on my screen (Blue/White-ish Stripes across 4 Vertical Segments on Screen)
and after I updated Drivers and everything it worked fine, for about an hour or so. In Device Manager it showed the Graphics Card had an error (Code 43) and thats been like that for the last few weeks or so and anything Ive done hasnt fixed that (Tried Reinstalling Drivers, DDU, Disabling IGFX, Etc.). Now the next problem of mine (VBIOS Issue) came when my friend suggested I Flash my VBios with a more reliable version since he thought it was a OC issue that was causing my GFX to have artifacting, so I go to Techpowerup and get the VBios off there, so on and so forth with the rest of the process. After I Reflashed my VBios since it wasnt displaying anything on my screen, GPU Z no longer shows a VBIOS on my card unless I Reflash the GPU from within Windows and I cant tell if my GPU is Bricked or not based on the fact that if I Reflash it only works for 1 Reboot and then the VBIOS just vanishes from my card.
Any Saving Grace for my card or just RMA?                                                           Much Appreciated & TIA - REAL_1NE

Code 43 can mean a lot of things...

    #1 Fauly card.
    #2 Fauly pci-e slot.
    #3 Registry corruption.
#4 Card not receiving enough power.
    #5 Corrupt vbios.

Testing the card in another known good working system would be the best way to determine if the card is faulty or not. To obtain warranty service the card must have the original vbios flashed to it when it is sent in for service.

If I may ask, is this the correct Bios I need for RMAing since this is the original one I had when I received my card.

The stock vbios version is displayed on the vbios sticker on the back of the card. Just make sure it matches that one.

Yeah it Matches, but if i reboot more than Once then the VBIOS disappears.
Would it still be possible for me to RMA if my VBIOS vanishes?

Most likely. Just make sure you tell support that your vbios keeps disappearing.
