"crashed after this dots" Overclocking the GPU Memory Maybe.
Set the Graphics Card in the NVIDIA Control Panel to Debug Mode and retest.

Dead Pixels is what I see in your Image, run a more solid Color Background.
Did you set the GPU to Debug Mode?
Are you running the STOCK BIOS on your Graphics Card?
Run GPU-Z and see of all 4 Items in Red Below are All Checked 1803 can really screw up the Video Drivers.

    your Bios is updated ?

It uses the Stock Bios selecting Bios OC the Second Setting on the Bios Switch of 3.
What is your Current Bios Setting Set to and what is the LED Color Showing?
Power Off your Computer Turn Off the PSU What for the MB Lights Go Out and then Move the Bios Switch to all 3 Settings and then back to the Default Setting Normal the First Setting to the Right Side of the Card.
This also the Hydro Copper 11G-P4-6799-KR Card

Did Setting the Graphics Card in Debug Mode not change anything?

Temps to High? What is PXOC showing for Temps?
Did you test with the OC Bios Setting the Middle Setting on the card?
Set the GPU Memory +100 and test.
Are you using PXOC or AB
Do you have a Different Monitor to check with?
Do you have a Different Video VESA Certified to check with?
Can you test the Card in a Different Computer?
