Hi,
I just purchased a 1080ti FTW3 from amazon warehouse deals and I guess I missed the part where is said DT in the item description. I had no clue what that even meant until reading about it and finding out its a binned part that does clock well. So my question is the stock boost is supposedly 1480/1582 according to the spec sheet. Im not into overclocking and without touching anything my boost clocks sit around here. Is this good since I have the DT version. I was thinking about sending it back when I found out what DT meant.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks about right. The DT stands for Detuned which means it simply came with 1080ti reference clocks. This is not to say you cannot overclock the unit, we just could not verify the factory overclock on the card. Also, keep in mind if you just recently purchased the unit you are eligible for the Step Up program.

I did just purchase it from amazon warehouse deals. Am I still eligible for step-up?

As long as the unit was purchased within the last 90 days with a valid invoice, you absolutely can. I can send you a direct email about some options if you would like.

The unit was just purchased on Sept 19th, it was from amazon warehouse deals in used like new condition with a valid invoice. Am I still able to step up, because I would like to take that option. If so then I would like the information on it.

I'm curious about what the answer to this is...  not for me personally, just curious.  If EVGA offers stepup for a used GPU bought from a retailer, that is just amazing, if not, completely understandable.
