EVGA Custom Sleeved cables question

I was wondering after recently purchasing a set of the EVGA series 2 custom sleeved cables: How much does removing the capacitors from the cables affect the power delivery of the PSU e.g. ripple, etc..  Since the normal stock cables all have capacitors in them, how come the custom sleeved cables do not need them?  What would or could be the possible effects of not having them, and if there are none than why are the capacitors included on the stock cables in the first place? Assuming there is a cost involved with using them so there must be a perceived benefit otherwise what company would incur cost with no benefit?

I realize there has been some talk in other posts of modifying cables to include the capacitors etc which is not my aim.  Mine is more one of the theoretical gains or losses of said capacitors or lack thereof.  Having posed the question I can say I have noticed very little to no difference between stock cable and the sleeved ones, but I find it all very interesting regardless.  I OC pretty far on the system (EVGA Z270 FTW-k, 6700k at 4.7ish, 16GB 3866MHz, and EVGA 1080ti at 2062MHz core and 6054mHz memory) as far as a daily driver PC, but just under water, never LN2 or dry ice yet (although I want to soon). So my use case is hardly the limits of whatever the effects could be if pushed farther, but I am curious under say LN2 or under mine but given x amount of time running under load?

Thanks!

Before few days someone asked similar question.
Even K|NGP|N use Sleeve Set (mostly red) for overclocking.
He use more power supplies, but cables are EVGA Sleeve Set.

I believe before production their test cables even in overclocking condition where small difference could be important.
After I saw that and convince self that EVGA Sleeve Set is absolutely stable and perfectly replace default cables I bought them.
For now few years no one complains on cables as reason of instability.

They are beautifull... , on small part you put 8+8 pin CPU cable.
I prefer black, red is very cool,
but NVIDIA green color draw my attention seriously even if they are only green part in computer except RGB on hardware.
